First of all with Chad Johnson I don't think that it is just about the ring as far as what team he would like to play for. I believe that it is the knowing of being the number one guy to go to. I also believe it is about the media hype that would come with it. So truly think about it, The Oakland Raiders would be best suited for this task. Jamarcus Russell was the last years #1 draft pick and is considered one of the most promising quarterbacks to come out of the draft in a long time. He also has the arm for the big plays that Chad would love to be apart of. I've been a Raiders Fan since 1979 and I would love more than anything to see the Raiders back to thier old winnning ways, and with a good quarter-back plus a premiere receiver in Chad Johnson, they could be part of a new winniing chapter in the Raiders orginization, and would be talked about for a very long time. Chad Johnson is who he is, and that is a person who likes to have fun while playing the game. I like Chad and have followed him through his time with the Bengals and have seen how his role as the go to guy has deminished, I just don't think, that would feel good if it were you in his shoes.He has a lot of years left in him to be considered one of the greatest receivers in the game. I'm not going to say that the Raiders would be the complete answer to this quest, but Chad if you were to for some reason have read this give them a strong chance. And as for Al Davis it would be in his best interest to try everything possible to aquire him. So for all the wanna be Raider fans out there and the Raider haters this is coming from a person who has been a fan of the Raiders for 29 years now! and even through the bast 5 years,will continue to have faith in my team to once again be that so feared team in the Nfl, and when my time is up I will still bleed SILVER AND BLACK BABY!!! I'M IN FOR LIFE!!! and go Lane Kiffin your doing just fine.On one more note, I woud enjoy the fact of Chris Long playing for the Raiders as his dad did and become one of the greats like his dad.
