Dan Klecko to the eagles?

Adam Schefter reports a bunch of stuff that never comes true...if he visited the eagles it would have been on there website that he visitied.

He's been there, he's done that...hes huge. He could be our own Mike Vrabel on the goal line. Bring hte Jersey boy and Temple alum home! It'd be worth a shot to say the least.

He would be a situational goal line FB (not an every down player). Just to gnash the nasty first and goal yards from the 5yrd line. I think they will stick with Davis at fullback (unless they get Lorenzal Neal for cheap).

Shockey has heart but we don't need another injury prone player on the field. Besides why waste money on him when we have LJ and we need to address other positions?

I saw the same thing this evening. I was disappointed because I was under the impression Schefter was going to name a reciever that we might be interested in because that was the segment.

oh i will.. and thatd be great if we got him. it would probably be more of a boost in team character.

sweet i say get Neal but sweed and i say hell ya get shockey donovan would have a field day with him lets not forget a great eagkle by the name of CHAD LEWIS donovan loved that guy and shockey plays just like him except hes faster we could probalby get him for a 2nd and a 5th and thats perfect value and he is big he is phiscal and even though an Eagle fan who is into calssy guys u got to love the fire Shockey plays with.

Dan Klecko visits the Eagles

NFL Network's Adam Schefter is reporting that DT/FB Dan Klecko visited the Eagles today. Klecko is a local guy who born in Colts Neck, NJ and went to college at Temple. He also has 3 superbowl rings(Pats x2, Colts). His father is former Jets great Joe Klecko.

The Eagles definitely are in need of depth at the DT spot, so it makes sense that they'd be interested in bringing in Klecko for a look.

if the eagles wanna win games in the playoffs they should sign a veteran who actually is a fullback... does that sound crazy?

Lorenzo Neal has blocked for consecutive 1000 yard rushers since what seems like forever. im pretty sure Klecko has never blocked for a 1,000 yard rusher. i dont think this is the year for a project.
