LIST: Dewey's top fantasy RBs

I'm testing out the Yard's new feature that allows you to make lists. Improvements to the functionality to follow. In the meantime, here are 10 good fantasy RBs.

  • 1
    LaDainian Tomlinson

Because no one will take my list seriously if this dude's not on top.

  • 2
    Brian Westbrook

    Villanova!

  • 3
    Adrian Peterson

    Sophomore slump?

  • 4
    Marshawn Lynch

    Beast Mode.

  • 5
    Joseph Addai

That offense puts up too many points for him not to get a decent piece of the pie.

  • 6
    Marion Barber III

Felix Jones will take some yards, but MB3 will get the TDs.

  • 7
    Ryan Grant

You think they're going to let Aaron Rodgers throw the football?

  • 8
    Steven Jackson

    I smell an injury.

  • 9
    Willis McGahee

He'll get yards but few TDs. Baltimore's offense is too terrible.

  • 10
    Rashard Mendenhall

This guy will be a beast in Pittsburgh.

WOW! Larry Johnson no love? He plays against some of the worst rush defenses this year. Plus you ranked a rookie that splits carries with Willie Parker. Is he really a top 10 fantasy back?

This is an awesome feature...is this available now? Why would Lynch be before Addai? Has Lynch proved to be an asset like Addai? His stats are catching up to Lynch and fast, and how can you not like that run and hop style he has? It is sweet.

Yes, the feature launched last night. We'll be posting an official announcement from the Yardbarker account today. But you can start creating lists now. Just go to "post an article," and then off to the right you'll see "create a list." Not the most intuitive entry point, but we're working on it.

As for my list itself, don't take it too seriously. I was mostly just testing it out. I honestly didn't give it too much thought. I ranked Marshawn higher than he should be just because I like the guy, and honestly I just forgot about Larry Johnson. He'd be in my top 10.

Ok you know I had to give you a hard time. Especially with you being a Ravens homer :)

I've been a Ravens hater for a while now. I'm pretty down on the team's potential. I do like Troy Smith, though. If he doesn't get a fair shake, my head will explode.

Maybe you should see what the yard is really barking about..

Thank you. I responded to your concerns. See the link above.

I responded. See the above link once again please. :)

michal turner for the Falcons avgs more yards than LT of couce he got less snapps but when he did get the ball he looked good he will suprise most people

I like the Mendenhall pick. TD's will go his way. I also like how you stayed away from LJ. No O-line or passing attack. Really no other offensive threats on the team. have to give my props 2 Dwayne Bowe though.

Unless guilty pleas are a category in your league, Addai should be ahead of Beast Mode.

can't go wrong with Beast Mode

Yessssir. Beast Mode is the only mode for me.

I am rarely objective in my analysis.

of course

He isn't going to serve jail time. It isn't going to effect his game at all.

I'm still tryin to feel Ronnie Brown in Miami and Carnell "Cadillac" Williams in Tampa. Maybe Rudi Johnson. who knows, a lot of possibilities here at the 7-10 slots

Rudi Johnson will disappear. Mark my words. The guy is done. Especially if Kenny Irons bounces back from his preseason injury last year. Irons was awesome in college.

Ronnie is a beast. He'll be all the way back from that injury half way through the season. He can do it all just like B-West.
