Eagles and Favre???

If the Eagles were interested in getting Favre, it's not because they want him to be the QB. The ONLY reasoning behind this story would be if Andy Reid wants to do a double trade. The Eagles trade for Favre, then turn around and trade him to the Vikings or Bears for something (player, draft pick, etc.). Andy Reid and Brad Childress do have a strong connection, so it wouldn't be far fetched to think they have talked about doing some "under the table" deal such as this. It's seems that Brett wants to go to the Vikings, and the Packers will do everything in their power to keep that from happening. So, this maybe the only way it could happen for Brett. Either way, Mcnabb will still be the Eagles signal caller, AS IT SHOULD BE!

i was so worried that brett would be our QB
its mcnabb year to shine and i dont think brett would be as good this year

i think andy reid called about favre because he is loyal to favre and just put out a feller for him and to maybe try and build up a market for him. thats the only reason i could see or a trade to vikings following it.
