Judge rules suspect in Taylor slaying is a flight risk

GOOD!!!!!!!! lets serve up some justice now for him & his familia!!!

A Miami judge will not free one of the suspects in the killing of Washington Redskins star Sean Taylor.

Circuit Judge Dennis Murphy denied the bail request made by 20-year-old Jason Scott Mitchell.

Mitchell and three others from Lee County are charged with first-degree murder in the November shooting death of Taylor during a botched burglary at his Miami home.

Murphy ruled Friday that Mitchell was likely to flee prosecution and might commit more crimes if released. The ruling came after Mitchell's mother appealed to the judge to let him out pending trial.

Trial in the case is set for Aug. 25. Prosecutors have not yet said whether they will seek the death penalty.

Such a shame, those kids should be punished to the FULLEST DEGREE for what they did. Bail shouldnt even be an option. Thank God the judge made a responsible decision, especially coming out of south Florida...

Yw CK, awesome post, and awesome pic for Redskins fans...Although I'm an Eagles fan, to see a young talent like that MURDERED in a botched "robbery attempt is just sickening. I truly feel for Skins fans, hope they draft Phillips, I think that would be good for them...

NO ONE deserves this, his wife, his kids were home.........these low class wanna be's d-bags, i can assure you are someone's biotch right now in general population & justice will indeed be served up on a COLD platter!!!!

Agreed 5 for sure, I dont understand how somebody can SLAM him at this point people are sick, those poor kids, and people are saying negative things? Wow thats a new level of low and I think regardless of who our teams are, we can agree on this one....
