If you are having trouble finding speculation of the Eagles making a big splash come friday, then i suggest you go turn on your TV.. Philadelphia has been linked with dozens of big name players.. But the thing i feel you are forgetting is that all of these instances you've mentioned are just rumors at this point.. Philly has never been one to be public about their affairs, and perhaps a guy like Asante Samuel serves as a smokescreen for the Eagles to make a play at a blockbuster trade of some sort.
