NICE air on this kid & he's got the football blood runin through the familia, check him if ya wanna, some teams are interested in him!!

Talk about sporting an impressive vertical leap.

No player has seemingly used the Senior Bowl and Indianapolis scouting combine platforms as draft-board springboards more effectively than Tennessee State University cornerback/returner Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

The small-school standout with 11 career interceptions in the Football Championship Subdivision (formerly Division I-AA) Ohio Valley Conference has made a big jump up draft boards. Maybe even all the way into the top 10.

"I would argue that he's moved up in the pre-draft process more than any other player," says ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay. "Heading into the Senior Bowl, he was probably, at best, a late second-round pick.

Me and you are on the same page CK but.........I don't think its gonna happen the saints already need a CB as much as they suck.But I honetly think we're gonna get a FS I like DaJuan Morgan we might get Kenny Phillips....

This guy is a cousin of Antonio Cromartie and he plays the same position.

dude, they say i cuss too much, i guess Darn it and stupid are cuss words too. I would love Dominque as an Eagle, but hes going to be gone during the 1-10 overall picks. so, lito and asante or lito and sheldon i guess i am rascist or qualitist against corners in that i wont think theyre good if they dont have a pro bowl i think sheldon should have 3 by now but apparently terrence newman is better (wuts up wit that?) My question is, who's better; LITO OR SHELDON? Eagle fans, i know dominque is awesome and has a great future, but this i think is a great uestion?

lito & sheldon is a tough call for me. the eagles have only shown minimal interet in Cromartie so we shall see, i blogged it because it covers alot of teams and i have a diversified crowd on my page, which i totally dig that. makes for good discussions. hope your easter rocked!!

its more than apparent that newman is better than brown, he is better...brown is very good and so is lito so let me get that outta the way before u guys think i'm bashing your players cause that is what u guys seem to assume and that's not what I'm doing...but overall u gotta admit the better cover corner between the two is newman...but u guys still have real good corners

I would agree that Newman is better than Brown. A good safey like Dawkins makes anyone look good back there. Was the same way when Woodson roamed the backfield for Dallas. As far as the overall secondary, Philly has the edge now with Samuel and Dawkins. I think that the Cowboys are going to have to counter that themselves with a good safety or corner.

The Eagles should get him because A: Dallas wants him and it would piss them off, and B: we would be able to trade Lito and it would be like we didn't lose a probowl CB in the first place.

Especially since Asante Samuel left via free agency. They are getting tight at conerback and I heard on ESPN that the Patriots are considering him to be their first-round draft pick.

On a more serious note, I heard on ESPN Radio today that Cromartie has some health issues that will drop him in the draft order. I think draft prospects are due for more physical exams soon and the particulars will become known then. I know the Cowboys are very intersted in this guy and one other CB.
