Are you kidding? Neither Michael Boulware or Jrodan Babineaux are going to start for the Seahawks this year. Rodney Harrison is washed up and Lawyer Milloy is close to being washed up as well. Thes eare clearly not the best in the business. Nice try though.

I think Mike Brown should be higher then 17, I don't think Harrison is washed up but I agree that Malloy is hardly a top 20 safety anymore. Polamalu being #1 is really debatable with the likes of Reed and Dawkins.

wait a minute, your trying to tell me john lynch is a top 10 safety, the guy hasnt learned how to back pedal since he came to denver and continues to be the achilles heel to there pass defence... his legs just arnt there anymore and sean taylor is definately deservant of takin that spot... definately switch adrian wilson with roy williams considering his cover problems... adrian wilson is a freak and if he wasn't on such a terrible publicized defence he would be top 5 guarenteed... rodney harrison you never know because of a knee injury and the 2 year recovery 90 percent of those injuries take to get to close to full strength... lawyer milloy shouldnt even be on this list the guy cant cut it anymore...

I agree, but if Lynch doesn't make it on the top ten, then Adam Archuleta shouldn't be in the top 20.

Troy Polamalu all the way yadadamean.......keep reppin' that Samoan Culture.......YEEEEE.....malo lava.....

i agree that john lynch is nowhere near being a top 10 safety in this league. Brian Dawkins is well past his prime and Bob Sanders proved last year that he can single-handidly take over the defensive side of the ball. Adrian Wilson has to be a top 5 safety, the guy is absolutely insane. Watch tape of him and you will know why, hes a freak. I think the top 5 should be Reed, Sanders, WIlson, Polomaulu, and Dawkins

and mike doss wont even be a starter for the vikings this year, hes fighting for playing time with Darren Sharper, Dwight Smith, Tank WIlliams, and Greg Blue
how can a player be top 20 when he is splitting time with 4 other people?

you have GOT to be kidding me! there is no question of ed reed's talent's. but putting palamalu AHEAD of dawkin's?? that is utter idiocy. dawkin's put safety's back on the map. not that he is resting on his laurels. he posted better numbers in about EVERY single significant catagory for his position last year. go ahead, look it up. troy is on the rise, i like him , and he will be a great one. but better than dawkins now?? hogwash!!!!!!!!!! who the hell comes up with these lists anyway?? do they WATCH football?

right on baby.dawkins''da best''

R U KIDDING troy polamalu is not better than B-Dawk or Ed Reed or Bob Sanders i'd put him @ 4-5

Reed should be 1, polamalu 2. Sean Taylor is #5 at worst.

How is Adam Archuleta on this list? Donte Whitner should be at that spot.

This list will be redone by year's end.... Its time for Taylor to make his move toward #1

dammit, I forgot Roy Williams. slip him in before Sharper.

skinsfan411 i agree with you!!!dawkins reinvented the safety position..

U must be crazi, cuz ed reed should defenetly NUMBER ONE!!!

Danieal Manning is the BEST SAFETY IN THE LEAUGE

Danieal Manning is definately one of the BEST SAFET'S IN THE LEAUGE as a rookie he recorded 80 tackles of the bench who knows what he would have a done if he would have started the entire season. He was the 3rd Leading tackler on the team this past season!
