Vikings' Kevin Williams gets big extension

DT Kevin Williams got a huge extension from the Minnesota Vikings, worth up to $50 million with all the bonuses. The 7 year deal is part of the proactive approach Minnesota's GM has been implementing to keep young talent around. Unfortunately for the Vikings, this has not translated into a good turnout on the field, as the Vikings have struggled to a 6-9 record and 3rd place in the NFC North.
