If you take a good look at the selection, it is really not much to choose from. Assante, too much money and it will probably take him half a season to learn JJ defense. The Giants burnt him in the superbowl and in their last game against the Patriots. So personally, good CB, but a little overrated. He is only getting the $ because of Clements deal last summer in San Fran. He's looking for 10yrs/ 10 Mill. The Eagles need to maintain control in FA like they have always done, and make some trades instead. Odom would be a good reasonable pick up, and maybe Wilson, but what else do you have. I love Bernard Berrian coming this way, I think that would be a good pick up. I just sayin, lets' be reasonable about FA, the eagles are not that far away. Just a little fine tuning, and we are well on our way!
