When will Dallas Fans realize?

You said it perfect. With 13 pro bowlers on your team, how can you not win a playoff game. With a good running game, offensive line, receivers and tight end......and you cant win a playoff game. Romo sucks and chokes!!

Dallas was the first number 1 seed to lose there first game of the playoffs in NFL history. I think that sums up them. Also at least McNabb made it to the Superbowl. Romo get a playoff win first. Lastly leave him alone. He's fine, he's training and not rehabbing show a little faith in your QB and only good can come of it.

The Cowboys whole argument revolves around the "Superbowl Era" which in itself is just stupid. Philadelphia is the only city to EVER win back-to-back championships by a shutout. Beat that stat Dallas.

As a Dallas fan....I've always liked Donavan and I don't blame him for that SB loss at all. But when it comes to Romo all I have to say is give the guy some time. He's been a starting QB for 1 and a half years and taken the team to the playoffs twice. I'd say that's ahead of the curve for most NFL QB's. I wouldn't be suprised to see him pull it all together and have some real postseason succcess, then again if he always get right to the edge and can't take it any further I'd agree with you. Just remember Peyton Manning lost his first 3 playoff games....not the Romo is Manning but it gives some persective.

The knock I do have on McNabb is he seems to let things get in his head too much...As opposed to Romo who seems to not bother with that whole thinking thing from time to time (makes for some great moments, but also some head scratchers)

This year, the offensive line was getting owned by the giants d line, TO was playing at about 70 percent, and patrick crayton dropped about 400 passes. How could you dare consider him a choke artist when hes played less than 30 CAREER GAMES. Hes been an absolute stud who hasnt won a playoff game in only 2 frigggin attempts. His first playoff game was less than his 10th overall game. Stop hating the boys just because your jealous.

i hate getting into arguments with dallas fans. every time you think that you have one, they pull out their rings. This usually pisses me off because the current argument will be about the current team which has basically accomplished nothing. c'mon seriously, the man has played a yr and a half! if u wanna call him a choke artist thats fine...can't control what u guys say or feel...your eagle fans so your born into hating dallas...thats fine also cause I hate philly, but seriously A YR AND A HALF!!!!!! thats all he has played...like someone mentioned earlier about peyton, he didn't win his first couple trys either...and he couldn't beat the gators either but I didn't call him a choke for it...and for the 100th time, Romo did not lose the game for dallas against NY...Please watch NFL replay and u all will see that...yes he could have played better, but if crayton doesn't drop a sure TD, OR slow down on 3rd down on a fade pattern which would have been a TD, or if our D actually tackled Amani Toomer in the 1st quarter or if our D didn't give up a TD in 40sec before halftime then that game has a differnt result...all those were "ifs" and since none occurred we lost and of course all the blame goes to Romo...thats part of playing the position, u take all the blame when your team doesn't win...but u can't really consider the man a choke artist cause he bobbled a damn snap in seattle 2yrs ago...the fact is that w/o romo dallas wouldn't be considered a superbowl favorite this yr, and frankly we would not have been in the position we have been in the last 2 seasons which include 2 playoff appearances w/o romo...give the man a little break...if he had been the starter of this team for 5 yrs or so with the talent we have and still couldn't get the job done, then these opinions of him would be more valid...and for the idiot who called us a loser franchise, what have u guys won again???

like i said in my original post, you're only as good as you have previously played. With the NY game, the fact of the matter is that despite the fact that you had missed opportunities in the endzone, you were still in the game at the end and able to win, had romo not thrown that interception.

and like you said, it goes both ways. But Romo, while i cant argue his selection for the pro bowl this previous year, was elected into the pro bowl after only playing what, 5 games in his first season when he took over for drew? thats ridiculous. and his first 5 games wernt even that impressive and did not merit a pro bowl appearance. Honestly, if he is able to represent the NFC in a pro bowl after just a few games, I think we have every right to start to call him a choke artist. If it just happened once, it'd be a different story. and you can say he didnt blow that NY game til you're blue in the face, but i will still believe that he took you out of that game with that interception.

Again, you're only as good as you have performed. And regular season, the guy is pretty good. except for the fact that if you hurt his finger he goes into interception overdrive. you wanna compare that to McNabb? McNabb played with a sports hernia and STILL kept his ints to TD ratio impressive. That aside, romo is a great regular season QB. But i have yet to see a solid performance in the playoffs by this guy.

actually he played 9 games that season, he passed for 2903 yds with 19tds and 13 ints along with a 95.1 qb rating...I'd say thats pretty damn good for starting 9 games in a season and not getting his first start till week 8 on the road in primetime against carolina...again say what u want about the guy...frankly it means nothing coming from u or any eagle fan, just like when we call mcnabb a choke it means nothing to u guys...bottomline is that w/o him we wouldn't be in the position that we are currently in, which is the position of a superbowl favorite...and for those eagle fans that wanna throw out mcnabb's impressive statistics, thats fine too, but w/ no ring I really don't give a s*** what he has done...he's going on 9 or 10 yrs as the starter and romo has played but a yr and a half...and u say u haven't seen a solid performance from romo in the playoffs but he's only played in TWO games...thats all...like I said earlier, it took peyton a few tries as well...the season can't get here soon enough

See the stats are representative of play and if they are great then your great if they suck then you suck. It's simple really. His stats are pretty damn good and factor in the rushing and that is why he's top 3 career wise currently.

As an NFL fan, I give very little chance to Philadelphia year over year (and they seldom disappoint). It's just not a winning program. They're about as good as Kansas City/Carolina who no one is terribly afraid of playing. Win a Super Bowl someday and we'll let them back into the discussion. Until then, go back to the children's table.
