He is a return man and a slot receiver. 2 If we traded for a receiver we would through Hank Baskett, Greg Lewis, Jason Avant, or Reggie Brown in the mix. or release greg lewis or hank basket. 3 we may not get a receiver, but there is DEF. room. Sorry dude... this post is old and someone already has an article for this, but thanx. Also just because he doesn't name the person doesn't mean it's not true. The thing with reporters they don't want to lose their contacts so they do honor them and not say who, but at the same time it could be fake. i think you are both right and wrong. Legitimate posts like this with articles attached are ok. but when people just post random crap saying why don't we trade lito and both our 1sts for chad, since andy won't get good people with the firsts anyway, it gets annoying.

Bottom line is we did know from the beggining if we were getting chad johnson it wouldn't be until june 1st. The Bengals just signed another receiver. TJ is sitting out too because he want's a new contract. I guarentee they will trad Chad Johnson and re-sign TJ to a new contract. Right now I don't see TJ or Chad coming back because they both know that the bengals are only screwing themselves if they are playing hardball with both of them. I wouldn't give up reggie brown in the deal I think they would take Lito, 1st, and buckhalter or darren howard. He is younger, but Chad Johnson is alot better and we have a better chance of winning the superbowl this year.
