The big news out of training camp yesterday may have been Kellen Winslow's wanting of a long-term deal to stay in Cleveland for the rest of his career. Winslow is currently under contract for the next three seasons, but wants to stick around much longer, how many times could we say that about a player in awhile.
Now I'm all about signing Winslow, to a 6-7 year deal, then again I am a bit biased when it comes to anything Winslow. However I still think that signing Winslow sends the right message that this team is ready to win and win now, for years to come. So let's make this happen, maybe not this year but deffinately before the start of next season.
