Cleveland Browns’ draft plans could be becoming much clearer after their latest move

With Hall being an in-state prospect, the Browns don’t have to use a top-30 visit to bring him in. The Streetsboro High School product is likely the most coveted Buckeye in the draft not named Marvin Harrison Jr.

At a listed 299 pounds, multiple reports indicated that Hall ran a sub-4.80 40-yard dash, which is a terrific time for him.

Cleveland is running the defensive tackle position back with one-year deals again outside of Dalvin Tomlinson and Siaki Ika. Maurice Hurst, Shelby Harris, and Quinton Jefferson will all play on one-year deals. Adding a talent like Hall in the draft gives you the upside of a future starter that you can ease into the position in Year 1.

Hall is a 3-tech who can get after the passer with his explosiveness off of the snap. He very well could fit everything the Browns want from the position.

If the Browns want him, they may have to use pick No. 54 on him in the second round to bring him home. Spending on how the board falls, they may just do that. What we do know for sure is that they are interested.
