NFL Week 6: Three touchdown props for Sunday

I miss that thing we used to do around here where we would bet on guys to score touchdowns and then they would go and score said touchdowns. If it's OK with everyone, I was thinking we bring that back in Week 6 of the NFL with these three touchdown plays.

All three are half-unit wagers.

Kyren Williams & Alvin Kamara touchdowns (+227 Barstool)

This is a simple one between two high-volume running backs playing teams that let up plenty of running back touchdowns.

Kyren Williams of the Rams has an absurd 25 red zone looks already this year operating as the clear RB1 in Los Angeles. He's turned that volume into six touchdowns already, and I'm thinking he can find another this weekend. Williams is facing a Cardinals team that has allowed the third-most touchdowns per game this year to running backs.

Then we've got Alvin Kamara. In just two games, Kamara has already seen 33 carries and 17 targets, including eight red zone looks, scoring once. That is elite volume, and I like it to translate to a score here against a Houston Texans team that has allowed the seventh-most touchdowns per game to RBs

Jordan Addison TD (+190 FanDuel)

Jordan Addison is likely a popular name in many fantasy and betting circles this weekend with Justin Jefferson out, and I'm hopping on the train. I just think this price is too good given the opponent and what Addison's role projects to be.

Now yes, Chicago allows the fifth-most touchdowns per game to WRs, but the love for Addison stems up from the Bears tendency to let up explosive passing plays. That has been Addison's calling card early in his career, and I'm liking him to break off a big play in this one.

Addison has five red zone targets on the year and has scored three times already.

Mack Hollins TD (+550 FanDuel)

Taking a flyer here on Mack Hollins finding the end zone. Let the record show that Drake London is the better bet, seeing more targets and sporting a more established role in the red zone.

Despite that, Hollins is another that could easily break off a long touchdown in this one. Hollins is Atlanta's deep threat, and the Washington Commanders are getting absolutely torched deep down the field.

Tack on that they are allowing the most touchdowns per game to wide receivers this season, and why would I not sprinkle on Hollins at this price?

Year-to-date on touchdowns: 8-23 (-2.65u)
