Watch: Titans Lose Fumble on Opening Drive as Malik Willis Comes On for Will Levis
USA TODAY Sports

The Tennessee Titans had a turnover on their opening drive, fumbling and giving the ball away to the Atlanta Falcons. The Titans picked up a first down on three plays with Will Levis in, but then Mike Vrabel decided to send Malik Willis in and disaster ensued.

First, this was not a good snap by center Aaron Brewer and Willis could have caught it, but this is a mind-numbing decision by Vrabel. He spoke about rotating the quarterbacks all week, but logical people thought it was an attempt at gamesmanship.

Actually rotating quarterbacks seems like an insane decision and that sort of strange thing results in issues most of the time. So, while there were execution issues, this turnover is on Vrabel.
