ya know, looking at this guys face - he is not all that bad. I could suggest a few things to improve upon his appearance;
1) haircut (duh)
2) a little clearasil
3) shave the facial hair (blonde facial hair is generally not good)
4) keep an open mind here...tint the eyebrows very slightly.

I know as an athlete he doesn't need to do much to get girls, but some minor adjustments could seriously improve the quality of tail that he is pulling in.
