A Victory For FansRandy Couture's "victory" in court is mostly a victory for fans, not for him. Zuffa's motions to delay, dismiss, and stay were delaying tactics, and now that the court has dismissed them, we will get a ruling on HD Net's motion for summary judgment. This does not mean we are all that close to resolution. Summary judgment is not an easy burden to meet, and if it gets denied, we may be in this legal process for the long haul. more...
