there is a video on youtube showing a cop putting a 14 year old kid in a headlock, throwing him to the ground, and berating him.
This cop was suspended with pay! He deserves to be fired!
Go to the Baltimore PD website and send a complaint to the public affairs office. This cannot be tolerated. You know this guy has treated a lot of people like this because he thinks his badge gives him the right. I am so glad he finally got caught.
