Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone admits Antoine Griezmann will be key tomorrow night against Borussia Dortmund.

Atletico will meet BVB in the first-leg of their Champions League quarterfinal.

Simeone said: The most difficult rival is Borussia, not ourselves. It has many good things. Away from home it has done very well in the last four months and has a very good counterattack.

"They have an aerial game to take into account and it is going to be one of the most intense games.

It is the team that has the most intensity."

On Griezmann, he continued: In the last game he was injured. He played against Inter, he made a great effort to be there and scored the equalising goal quickly. We didn't start him against Barcelona, he returned with Villarreal, already feeling better.

"He had a good first half, in the second we needed a different replacement. We need the best Griezmann, without a doubt."

He added: I trust (Alvaro) Morata, he knows how to play these games, he knows what the team needs in these games.

"I'm sure he's going to contribute what the team needs, which is the goal."
