Paris Saint-Germain are gearing up to host Borussia Dortmund for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal matchup. The French capital side are determined to bounce back from their 1-0 loss in the first leg last week and turn the tide in their favor.

Nonetheless, Dortmund will do everything to hold onto their lead and ensure they advance to the Champions League final in London at Wembley Stadium. While the German club know that they have to be sound defensively, they aren’t taking drastic measures to do so.

Veteran defender Mats Hummels notes that their defense understands the threat that Kylian Mbappé presents. However, he’s not their sole focus.

“Of course, it makes a difference knowing who you’re up against,” Hummels told reporters (h/t Sport.fr). “Especially against Mbappé, with his fast runs in behind. But knowing in advance isn’t the most important thing for me. We can only defend against him as a team.

“With his unmatched speed, it’s impossible to defend against him alone. But he’s just a part of the whole picture; we also need to pay attention to many others. Nonetheless, we must stay vigilant for 90 minutes,”

In the Parisian attack, Ousmane Dembélé and Kylian Mbappé will be out on the wings for PSG. As for the No. 9 role, that will reportedly go to Gonçalo Ramos, as the French giants count on the Portugal international to score goals.
