(Images): Chelsea man plays entire game on international duty

International breaks will always be a bit of a concern for Chelsea fans, especially with the amount of injuries we have had to endure in recent seasons.

But it’s even worse when injury prone players such as Ben Chilwell are featuring for their country, knowing how delicate he can be!

However, Chilwell came through unscathed for England last night after playing the full 90 minutes for Gareth Southgate’s side in their 2-2 draw against Belgium in a friendly match.
