AC Milan are frustrated by Francesco Camarda’s demands with talks around a contract renewal now stalling, as various clubs in Europe lie in waiting.

As reported by Tuttosport (via Milan News), the Rossoneri have grown tired of the situation and talks seem to be at a standstill for the time being.

It was presumed for a long time that Camarda would immediately sign a new deal with Milan when he turned 16 years old, but the situation dragged on for longer than expected.

Amid mixed reports, the club was feeling calm about the situation, but there is anger at how much money Camarda’s representatives are requesting for such a young and unproven player.

Camarda’s agent is the experienced Beppe Riso and his attitude has caused problems. There is a disagreement over the salary, the commissions, and the project. The club do not want to be held to ransom by the agent’s requests for such a young player.

The more time that passes, the more likely it is that the host of interested clubs make a move for Camarda who is not protected by the kind of contract that Milan would like.

The club certainly won’t give up on Camarda, but this is not the situation that anyone envisaged when he became the youngest Serie A player in history earlier this season.
