Newcastle refer suitors to Bruno Guimaraes' buyout clause

Newcastle United remain confident over Bruno Guimaraes' future.

The Brazil has repeatedly declared his commitment to the Magpies this season.

And while there remains interest in Guimaraes, the Telegraph says Newcastle's asking price is regarded as too rich by suitors.

Guimares currently has a 100m buyout clause, and interest in him for that price tag is low.

It has previously been reported that Newcastle could consider selling the midfielder this summer to fund reinforcements in other positions.

Guimares contract with Newcastle runs until the summer of 2028.
