Paris Saint-Germain could be in the market for a goalkeeper this summer transfer window. While Gianluigi Donnarumma is a quality shot-stopper, there’s a possibility that manager Luis Enrique wants a goalkeeper with the traits that he desires.

The 24-year-old is under contract until 2026, so if the capital club were to move away from him, they’d receive a handsome fee from any interested club. As for who PSG would pursue to replace Donnarumma, it would be AC Milan’s Mike Maignan.

According to Sports Zone, Maignan ranks among PSG’s top priorities for the upcoming summer, and Bayern Munich also expressed significant interest. The report adds that Enrique has been in search of a goalkeeper ever since joining PSG.

The Spaniard holds a high regard for Maignan and his adeptness at playing out from the back with his feet. The Frenchman is under contract until 2026, so the Serie A side doesn’t have any rush to sell the player if they don’t want to.
