Stoke meeting for ex-Sheffield Utd boss Heckingbottom

Former Sheffield United boss Paul Heckingbottom is in talks with Stoke City.

Heckingbottom was sacked by the Blades a fortnight ago.

And he could be set for a swift return after a round of talks with the Potters.

Stoke are seeking a new manager after the dismissal of Alex Neil.

The Championship club are currently just two points above the relegation zone.
