Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma became the first player to be sent off twice in the Premier League this season when he saw red at Nottingham Forest on Friday night.
Bissouma was initially shown a yellow card by referee Jarred Gillett after the studs on his right boot caught the shin of Ryan Yates.
But VAR Michael Oliver then instructed Gillett to review the incident by the side of the field.
After watching multiple replays, Gillett upgraded Bissouma's yellow to a red.

Bissouma is now the seventh Spurs player in Premier League history to be sent off twice in the same season.
His first dismissal of the 2023/24 campaign came in a 1-0 win at Luton in October when he was shown a second yellow card for diving.

Tottenham also won Friday's game despite their numerical disadvantage.
Bissouma's red card came in the 70th minute, after Dejan Kulusevski had punished a Matt Turner error to make it 2-0 to Spurs.
Kulusevski had earlier provided a fine assist for Richarlison in first-half added time.
The game ended 2-0 to Spurs, who now have 33 points from 17 EPL games under Ange Postecoglou.
