Emma Raducanu, the British returning star, has been on a run to get back to her best form. Ever since she became the youngest Brit to win the US Open back in 2021, the 21-year-old hasn’t been able to replicate the same since.

Unfortunately, before Raducanu could prove her tennis skills to the world, she faced a major injury, putting her out of the game for quite a bit. Luckily, she returned and resumed her career in 2024. So far, she hasn’t gotten a breakthrough and is desperately on the lookout for one.

Improving every match, she played one of her best matches in Stuttgart, beating Angelique Kerber in straights. It was one of her most dominant wins so far, and she remains delighted about the win. She looks very settled under her new coach, Nick Cavaday, who is the man behind her resurgence.

Raducanu was also very comfortable with her coach, as she revealed the importance of their relationship and how they have a good relationship, which shows in her game. Amongst the many shifting coaches, she can finally trust Cavaday.

I feel very comfortable working with him. I've known him from a young age, so he's someone I can trust, and it's very important to me. I have the impression that he has known me from a very young age. He knows very well how I work. I would say that I have not changed at all since I was 8 or 9 years old. Said Emma Raducanu, following her big win in Stuttgart.

Emma Raducanu is hopeful for the year ahead as she remains excited about the great things ahead

British pro Emma Raducanu is excited about the year ahead with her coach Nick Cavaday, as she hopes to translate their connections into results on the court. Both have known each other for a long time, and it was high time that Raducanu showed the world her talent.

She revealed that her work behind the scenes has started to show on the court, and she also strongly believes that when things start to fall into place, great things are sure to be seen in the future. As of now, Raducanu has been on a good rise. With every tournament, she has done better than the last.

We have obviously worked a lot this year, and it is starting to show, but the weeks of training we have done since the beginning have only accumulated slowly. When everything is put in place, I think great things will happen. Said the Brit after her first-round win.

At Stuttgart, the Brit has started well against Kerber and will play Linda Noskova in the second round. The Czech has had much success in the early rounds, including a couple of wins against Iga Swiatek. On the other hand, Raducanu has had many failures in the second round and would hope to change her fortune this time.
