What's the name of your blog?

Is it sports? YESNO

The majority of your content must be about sports (i.e. at least half of your posts).

Is it PG-13? YESNO

You don't have to be a saint, but you do have to avoid nudity and excessive profanity.

Do you have a YB account? YESNO

If not, no worries. You can take care of that later. It's quick and free!

Other requirements:

It's also important that you post regularly and that you have been around for at least a month or two. Once accepted into the YB Network, you must reserve at least one ad space for YB Network ad campaigns. You can have other advertising on the page, but YBN ads must be prominent, appearing at least partially "above the fold" (visible without scrolling down). You must also add the YBN headline widget and badge.
