I've got so much more respect for Donald Trump for saying what he did. I'm sure money talks, but at least he's another key supporter for the sport to hit main stream.

He tore his MCL in practice. He threw a kick simultaneously as his partner and got the worse part of it. He said that he will be good to go in 6 weeks from now, but hopes that the UFC will find a match for him if they find someone to fight Brock for him.

Tim Sylvia doesn't like how Kimbo's gotten press. He says that Kimbo is doing the right things right now to become a better fighter, but he's a bad role model boasting the image that kids have to fight each other and post it on youtube to potentially get the stardom that Kimbo has gotten.

I thought this was a good video of GSP showing us how to get out of a triangle. I dont practice BJJ, and I thought the only way to get out is the Rampage way of slamming the guy as hard as you can.
