So ysterday i went to Chabot College in Hayward for an event hosted by R.T.Fisher Education Enterprises. The event was for HS students who didnt graduate this yr because they didnt pass their CAHSEE.

I heard about the event through 106 KMEL from Sway of MTV. I felt a real connection to the event because iv been in the situation and so yesterday morning after practice i called up Chabot and asked if i could come help out.

I got their and i was hooked up with a shirt and told to just mingle with everyone and make sure they register for the classes to help them get their diploma.

there was about 200 + ppl there and there was a dance battle between 2 groups. it was hella funny. Spice 1 (?) kinda know about him and Mistah F.A.B did a freestyle and it was awesome!

I went to talk to Fab afterwards, and he is just so humble! took a picture and talked about how we both get our custom kicks done by the same guy. lol. and HES A WARRIORS FAN! watch out for me this season sittin with FAB! =]

before i left, the chick that got me all set up for the event told me that she wanted to personally introduce me to Sway. i was like omg omg omg. haha. I was introduced because of my story and for the fact that i came out from San Jose to help. Sway is a funny dude, and our conversation started about how he changed the chicks diapers n all that stuff i was like omg haha wtf!

we took a pic together too. Then Sway wanted to have a meeting with everyone that did the event (The Quad Squad) and i was already sitting @ the table talkin to a couple of the ppl. Sway stood behind me and just pretty much said i was officially part of The Quad. and then Sway and I talked about jews workin in banks during the meeting. so it was good times.

I met Robyn Fisher, the president of R T Fisher Education Enterprises.. and was invited to go to dinner with everyone, so that was an honor.

Overall it was an awesome day.

Fab, Sway, n Robyn along with the Quad, were so very humble n genuine. The students that came to Chabot College yesterday were great and im so glad i came!

anyways the Russian Federation Synchronized Swimming Team won gold (3rd Olympic gold!)

i have no words for them.. i was SPEECHLESS after there swim. honestly the only thing that came out of my mouth was HOLY SH*T.

they were breath taking. my friend and i texted each other sayin how we were in tears. it was an amazing swim!

watch the video and i DARE ANYONE to tell me this ISNT a sport or that its easy... we MAKE it LOOK easy. get in the pool an try it and then tell me if u still think its not a sport or that its not hard.

anways watch the russian team, they are incredible. especially their lifts (where they throw ppl out of water)

it comes to me as a complete shock. Bernie Mac is a great actor, great comedian, and it just saddens my funnyland that hes now gone.

He learned about this from the inmates in jail. THIS IS FOR REAL!!!!!!

Initiation started on April 24th and this is what they do:

At a stop light/sign they will 'bump' your car. You will then get out to see what is going on then... they will shoot you. This is

happening across the state. Everyone is a target, but mainly females.

Kendra Zanotto is a big believer in the power of the Olympics. But the 2004 bronze medalist has been shaken after the Chinese government denied her application for a visa to travel to Beijing for the Summer Games.

The Los Gatos native and St. Francis High graduate was set to work as an expert synchronized swimming reporter for the Olympic News Service, an official arm of the Beijing Games. But she says her visa application was refused Monday because of her affiliation with Team Darfur, an athlete-driven group that seeks to call attention to the crisis in western Sudan.

"It's hard to explain that I'm blacklisted - I'm such an Olympic advocate," Zanotto said just after learning her application had been rejected by the

consulate in San Francisco.

Zanotto, in fact, said she joined the group - started by the gold medalist speedskater Joey Cheek - precisely because it argued against a boycott of the Games. According to the group's Web site, "Team Darfur calls for a celebration of the Olympic spirit, not a boycott."

The consulate didn't tell her why her application was denied. But the firm that handled her hiring told Zanotto the government was uncomfortable with the affiliation to Team Darfur.

-- K now I know Kendra personally, she was not only a club teammate ( didnt swim with her on the team, just known her for like 10 years, shes older than me) but she is now also the Athlete President in Synchronized Swimming.

Shes trying to do big things in synchro and help out in other sports. It sucks that she is denied the chance to be part of the games to take part in reporting from behind the scenes of her own sport.

Man.... what do with myself now? Baron is now officially gone, not in the bay anymore, not part of the Warriors anymore...

this sucks so much. Good for him of course, no disrespect to his decisions n dreams n what not, just finally hit me really hard and im worried about how im going to last this season without him.

Like iv mentioned so many times in all my articles, the Warriors have changed my life and i am not exagerrating about that. Barons contributions to the bay area have inspired me not only in doing the same but treating my life the same as he would do to his... just living to the fullest, loving ur family and friends and just giving back.

How do u deal with a loss of an inspiration when its all u had going for urself?

Tracking down a new inspiration is going to be hard especially of the impact its caused. And trying to keep up the original one is gonna be hard without it always around.

Understand that im only hurt @ this point, and i like to say how i feel.....

First off, im not trying to hate on Baron, and I get that he is doing what makes him happy but what i dont get is how he decided all this.

Baron, you have fans out here that not only care about ur game but about the love support and help ur trying to give to all the kids out in the bay, kids that NEED it. You said you were glad to be back in LA so u could help the kids out there..... but what about the ones ur leaving out here? what are they supposed to look forward to now?

There gonna lose hope in surviving without you here to help guide them out of there neighborhoods. You may be in the same state but ur not always going to be able to come n rescue them like they depend on.

You have done so much for this city, how do we pick up where ur leaving off?

Im personally hurt, i feel abandoned, as dumb as that sounds. I looked up to u and im still going to but not many ppl know or can find happiness in something that seems so simple. I was very lucky and fortunate to do so after all the horrible deaths/suicides in my life.

You along with the warriors saved my life and soul in a way, if it werent for the team, i dont know where i would be, probably miserable and depressed, but somehow those feelings seem to be coming back with you leaving.

Adapting to the change of Baron 'Boom Dizzle' Davis not being in the bay anymore is going to be very difficult and even harder for the new pg to fill ur shoes.

Once again, i have no hate towards u, only lots of love for u and ur love of the game, but i am very hurt, bitter, devastated, livid and teary eyed over your decision. But i guess u gotta do what u have to do, and if its for the love of playin ball longer than best of luck to u, if its for money or that u think u have a better chance @ a championship, then i dunno what to say, just think that u have and always will have the best chances with the Warriors because of the support u have behind you and the strong teammates that will help push u further in ur career. The most united team iv seen so far.

WE will always BELIEVE in you, and we hope u do change ur mind.

My mom showed me this video of what Russia did last year.. they made a show called Ice Age/Stars on Ice. Its kinda like Dancing with the Stars but only on ice. Its actually really cool and im finally proud of Russia for not completely copying the US in something lol. The stars are either professional ice skaters or actors/actresses/comedians/singers etc. I was really impressed with what they did in the amount of time they had to learn EVERYTHING. Check out the videos. I really liked these videos because personally i think they were pretty complicated to learn especially river dance. Chulpan is the name of the girl, shes an amazing actress and Roman is a 2 time European world champion. Chuplan said she couldnt even do the river dance off the ice.. so to have watched her do it in skates was crazy. I also love hip hop so i chose the second video because there were no other hip hop dances lol.

PS-- if u cant understand what there saying in the second video obviously just skip past it all lol. i believe it starts @ around 3 minutes or so.
