The New York Post says that Ex-New Jersey Net Richard Jefferson is unhappy about the trade on draft day that sent him to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for Yi Jianlian and Bobby Simmons. New Jersey Nets president Rod Thorn has not spoken to Jefferson yet, but said "He didn't seem very happy," "I spoke to his agent, I called him, texted him. I like Richard. He was here for a long time and I'm sure he still expected to be here. Unless you are the one pushing for it, it's always difficult when you are traded. You are going to a new place, have new teammates. It's hard at first". It looks to me like the Nets are making cap room for King James????

According to the Contra Costa Times, a Bay Area newspaper, the Pistons are talking to the Warriors about a trade including Billups and Davis. Baron stated that he wanted to stay in the Bay Area, but from dissapointing offersto his contract....it could happen. It is said that Detroit is willing to trade Billups and Wallace after what happended in the Eastern Conference Finals .Rasheed and Baron are both unrestricted free agents in the 08-09 season. The trade would send Billups and Sheed to the Bay Area and the Pistons would aquire Baron Davis and Al Harrington. Rasheed would fit the Warriors offensive presence with shooting the 3-ball, but will see what happens!!!!!

Suns center Amare Stoudemire was given the chance to play in Bejing for the Olympics but declined it. Managing director for the USA Basketball senior men's national team, Jerry Colangelo stated "Amare has pulled himself out of consideration for the roster and that's predicated on, despite the fact that he's had an injury-free year coming back (from knee surgeries in 2005 and 2006), he's a little hesitant on pushing the envelope too hard," . The final 12-man roster for the Olympics will be announced Monday in Chicago.

According to ESPN.com. Detroit Pistons point guard Chauncey Billups withdrew from the USA Olympic Team because of family issues/matters. He stated, "It's a matter of what you want to do and what you need to do". He was really looking foward to winning a gold metal, but told ESPN "I was taught family comes first, above anything else." Chauncey was concerned his issues would effect him while in China. Hopefully, his family is okay. Who will fill in for Chauncey???

I was listening to the radio today, and someone called in and suggested a trade that possibly could help the lakers! The trade was Luke Walton and Vladimir Radmanovic for Ron Artest from the Kings. Plus, Kobe and Artest are friends and hang out with each other sometimes. The annoucer said "What would the Kings get out of that" and the guy said nothing, But i think Artest could be a good fit with the Lakers. What Do you Think? Should they make a trade that would send Artest to the Lakers??

Ex-Michigan State Spartan Zach Randolph doesn't fit the tempo of Knicks head coach Mike D'Antoni, but could he make a good fit in the Motor City.Could he make an impact on the Pistions low- post offensive presence? It has been said that Randolph fits the needs that Pistons GM. Joe Dumars is looking for. Also, his contract would be cheaper than dealing for Carmelo Anthoney or T-Mac with 3 years and 48 million left on his contract. He would be in the presence of positive influence's from the coaching staff, players, and the fans. What do you think the Pistons should do?
