I love Dallas sports. I hate Dallas sports. I was born in Dallas, I live in Dallas, and I love Dallas. What is not to love? America's team, NBA's reigning MVP, one of the best hockey teams in the NHL, SMU girls. Dallas rocks, period.

Dallas is a great sports city if you are a fan of great regular seasons and short playoff runs...well walks. The Cowboys and the Mavericks are the best at it. So much hope, so many wins, and every year it just ends with some above average team taking an elephant size dump all over us. I do not know if I would rather have the 2 major sport teams do this to us, or just suck all season long and not even make the playoffs. Is no hope better than having your high hopes squashed? It is sort of like dating a smoking hot girl but only making it to second base with her, then when you want to get freaky she dumps you. Hopes are high when cupping that feel, then when its time for her to fellate you, she is having none of it. The Mavericks and Cowboys are just that, a cock tease.

Then we have the Rangers and Stars. Tom Hicks, just sell these franchises and go overseas to deal with your soccer ventures. But these are the 2 franchises that really do not mean shit. Sure the Stars won the Stanley Cup what it seems 10 years ago. But this is Texas, and hockey has no business here. Personally I do not even consider hockey a sport. That many severe changes to the game trying to modernize it and get more people interested, what a joke. Oh boy, the Rangers. The Rangers are only good for Decker Dollar Dog night. Sadly its true, but for a great night of fun go buy the 5 dollar seats on this glorious night. Spend only about $30, and get shithoused on dogs and beer. Oh, bring back Sosa.

This sounds so bad coming from me, the die hard Dallas sports fan. But it is what I have grown accustom to living in the "almost" of sports towns. But hey, it is much better than living in the shit hold that is Boston. How do ya like them apples?
