Haley Cavinder reveals big personal news

Haley Cavinder revealed some big personal news on Thursday.

Cavinder shared a photo on her Instagram Story that showed her holding out her left arm and showing off an apparent engagement ring on her left ring finger. Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, who is Cavinder’s boyfriend, had proposed to her in a beach setting.

Cavinder and Ferguson began dating in 2023. The two celebrated their 1-year anniversary in Sept. 2024.

Ferguson, 26, was a fourth-round pick by the Cowboys out of Wisconsin in 2022. He made the Pro Bowl in 2023 when he had 71 catches for 761 yards and 5 touchdowns. That was the same year he began dating Cavinder.

Cavinder just completed her fifth year as a college basketball player. After taking the previous year off, she and her twin sister Hanna returned to school and played this past season with the Miami Hurricanes. Haley averaged 18.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.

The Cavinder twins have a huge following on social media, which they parlayed into big NIL deals, and even a deal with WWE.

While Haley has gotten engaged at the age of 24, sister Hanna recently broke up with Carson Beck.
