The 2023 Heisman Trophy was handed out Saturday night, with LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels taking home the hardware in New York.

Daniels put together a season of historic proportions for the Tigers in 2023, setting records and putting up the kind of numbers you only see in video games.

While it was widely expected that Daniels would come away with this year's honor, it wasn't by a wide margin in the final voting, as Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr. finished a close second. Oregon quarterback Bo Nix finished third, and Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. finished fourth as the last of the finalists present for the ceremony.

Here's are the full numbers from the voting results:

Daniels is widely regarded as the No. 3 quarterback prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft class, while Penix and Nix also have a chance to be first-round picks in April. Harrison is the clear-cut top receiver in this year's draft, and should be a top-five selection.
