Venom has made a surprising appearance on YouTube interview show Hot Ones.
The CGI symbiote, who shares the screen with Tom Hardy in Sony Pictures’ Venom trilogy, wolfs down spicy chicken drumsticks in the video before chugging a jug of milk.
Usually, appearances on Hot Ones are reserved for actual human actors to promote their films, so Venom is the first fictional character on the format. “This is the sauce that reduces everyone to tears?” he asks. “We have no tears!”
Venom bites off more than he can chew, however, because seconds later he’s forced to chug milk to soothe his tastebuds, then douses them with a fire extinguisher.
It’s one of many real-world cameos Venom has made in the run-up to his final film. In September Tom Hardy filmed a skit with UFC president Dana White in which he ended up locking fighter Sean O’Malley in a chokehold.

It might be Venom’s last dance, but Tom Hardy’s next movie after Venom: The Last Dance is with Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Venom: The Last Dance releases October 25.
