The Short Answer |
Bally Sports Midwest is now FanDuel Sports Network Midwest and can be streamed on Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM |
Bally Sports Midwest officially became FanDuel Sports Network Midwest in October 2024. Diamond Sports Group, which no longer exists as it filed for bankruptcy, ended its agreement with Bally Sports while retaining the rights and partnerships for many Bally Sports Midwest broadcasts.
While Diamond is now Main Street Sports Group, and Bally Sports Midwest is now the FanDuel Sports Network (FDSN), the corporate rebranding will not affect your ability to catch the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues for the peak of the 2025 MLB season. Also, the FanDuel Sports Network shares rights with FanDuel Sports Network Indiana and FanDuel Sports Network Southeast to stream some games for the Indiana Pacers and Memphis Grizzlies.
FDSN is a powerhouse for your Midwest MLB sports streaming, and we've got you set with how to catch this network online and without cable in 2025.
*Editor note: Bally Sports Networks rebranded to FanDuel Sports Networks on October 21, 2024.
As of 2025, two live TV streaming service providers — Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM — will still give you access to the FanDuel Sports Network.
The best part? Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM both offer a 5-day free trial for new subscribers. With opening just 48 hours away, and the St. Louis Cardinals' season opener against the Twins, you'll want to lock in a free trial.

Remember that subscribers who live in areas where one or more Regional Sports Networks (RSNs) are available will have a regional sports fee.
Even with that fee, it’s one of the most affordable ways to get a ton of live sports and networks:
The Elite plan includes even more pro and college sports on channels:
For an additional monthly fee, you can add the Sports Plus add-on, which has an excellent lineup including:
Fubo has a solid sports channel lineup but, it’s worth noting that Fubo doesn’t carry a few big names, such as TBS and TNT.
The best part is that Fubo also offers a 5-day free trial for new subscribers who want to watch the FanDuel Sports Network Midwest.
FanDuel Sports Network also offers an app for mobile and streaming devices. The FDSN app is available for FanDuel Sports Network Midwest streaming.
Option 1: You can log in with a subscription to a live TV streaming service or cable/satellite provider that carries FanDuel Sports Network Midwest.
Option 2: Alternatively, subscribe to FanDuel Sports Network Plus and watch select content through the app. This option is slightly more limited, as the St. Louis Cardinals aren’t available via FanDuel Sports Network Plus.
The app is available on iOS and Android devices, along with Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Roku, Samsung TV, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
FanDuel Sports Network Midwest will be your network for catching the St. Louis Blues — plus, Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM offer it in their lineup with a 5-day free trial each (if you're a new subscriber).
As of 2025, only DIRECT STREAM and Fubo have livestreaming plans offering comprehensive FanDuel Sports Network Midwest streaming. While the app also offers FDSN Midwest, you'll need a FanDuel Sports Network Plus subscription, and even then, streaming of the St. Louis Cardinals is unavailable.
Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM are the two providers who have FDSN Midwest and offer free trials. Chances are you still have a free trial left with at least one of these providers, allowing you to catch FanDuel Sports Network Midwest for free for 5 days on each livestreaming platform.
Peacock does not offer FanDuel Sports Network Midwest streaming. To stream the network, you’ll need to live in its viewing area and subscribe to DIRECTV STREAM, Fubo, or FanDuel Sports Network Plus (which offers no coverage of the St. Louis Cardinals). It’s also available through select cable and satellite TV providers, so check your local listings.
