The Miami Hurricanes’ two decades in the ACC haven’t exactly been marked by success and glory. But things are looking up for the squad these days, and expectations are high heading into the season. In fact, many projections have the Hurricanes at the top of the ACC this year.
If you’re a Miami fan, you won’t want to miss the team’s run this fall. Fortunately, it’s fairly easy to find the Hurricanes on most live TV streaming services. Read on to find out where to watch Miami football.
The ACC’s current TV deal puts conference games on the ESPN family of networks. That means you can watch the Hurricanes on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3 and ACC Network (ACCN) this year. If you have a cable or streaming service subscription that includes ACCN, you can also stream any Miami football games featured on ACCN Extra (ACCNX) online.

On the other end of the spectrum from Sling is DIRECTV STREAM, which offers comprehensive sports coverage for a more premium price. Die-hard fans will want to opt for the Choice plan, which features more than 15 sports networks and RSNs for your local market. You can keep up with the Hurricanes, plus plenty of other pro and college action on channels like ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, ACCN, Big Ten Network, NBA TV, NFL Network and SEC Network.
DIRECTV STREAM offers a lot of additional coverage for sports lovers, who can opt for the top-tier Ultimate or Premier plan. All of the DIRECTV STREAM plans also include unlimited cloud DVR storage and simultaneous streams at home.
Hulu + Live TV is another excellent option for Miami Hurricanes fans — especially those who want more than just live sports in their streaming plan. The platform features more than 95 live channels (including ESPN, ESPN2, ABC and ACCN), more than a dozen sports networks in total, and free access to ESPN Plus for even more live events and on-demand sports content.
That’s not all, though. Hulu + Live TV also gets you access to Disney Plus and the entire Hulu library, for a plethora of popular on-demand content you can’t find anywhere else. After the big Miami game, you can stream the next episode of “The Bear” or watch the latest Marvel movie. Plus, all Hulu plans come with unlimited cloud DVR storage. Like many other live TV streamers, Hulu’s biggest weakness is its lack of RSNs in most markets.
Sling TV is the best live TV option for budget-conscious streamers. When looking at Sling TV plans, you can get ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN3 on Sling Orange. In some markets, you can get local channels like ABC and Fox by upgrading to Sling Orange & Blue. That package also includes NFL Network and Fox Sports 1 (FS1), and all Sling TV plans come with TBS and TNT for extra sports coverage.
If that’s not enough action for you, check out the Sports Extra add-on. It will add a good chunk of sports coverage making this an excellent sports streaming service. You’ll get channels like ACCN, SEC Network, ESPNU, Big Ten Network, NBA TV and NHL Network, which feature plenty of college and pro events to keep you tuned in. All Sling plans come with 50 hours of cloud DVR coverage, so you can record games you have to miss. The biggest downside? Sling TV doesn’t offer any regional sports networks (RSNs).
When it debuted, Fubo was made for sports streamers, and it still holds that reputation today. Its base plan features more than 30 sports channels, including RSNs (there is a fee for regional channels). You can watch Miami football on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ACCN, plus plenty of extra national and international coverage on channels like Bally Sports, FS1, NFL Network, Big Ten Network, ACCN, SEC Network and more.
Fubo also offers plenty of options for expanding your lineup of sports networks even more — with upgrades and add-ons. It’s not perfect, though — Fubo is missing key sports coverage on TBS and TNT. However, all Fubo plans include unlimited cloud DVR recording and up to 10 simultaneous streams on your home network.
If you’re looking for a way to watch the Hurricanes that feels more like your cable experience, YouTube TV may be a good fit. With more than 130 channels in its base plan, this platform offers the most balanced menu of sports, entertainment and news programming of any live TV streaming service.
The YouTube TV base plan includes channels like ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, FS1, ACCN, NBA TV, SEC Network and NFL Network. You won’t find RSNs here, but YouTube TV’s reasonable price may make an over-the-top subscription to your local network more doable. All plans come with unlimited cloud DVR storage and up to three simultaneous streams.
The Hurricanes’ season kicks off on Saturday, Aug. 31, at the University of Florida. See below for a full list of Miami football games this season.

Miami football games air on the ESPN family of networks, including ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3 and ACCN. These channels are available on most live TV streaming services.
A standard Hulu subscription does not include live channels, but Hulu + Live TV features every channel showing Miami football except for ESPN3.
