NBC is the media rights holder for Olympic Games coverage in the United States, which means the various events will be broadcast on its family of networks and streaming platform, Peacock. NBCUniversal has the exclusive right to broadcast the Olympic Games in the United States until 2032, which means that its streaming platform, Peacock, will be a significant part of the coverage. Peacock will provide live coverage of all 39 Olympic events, including the opening and closing ceremonies and exclusive events. Subscribers will also have access to documentaries, full-length events and 24/7 Olympic channels.

Aside from Olympic coverage, Peacock is the exclusive United States home of English Premier League football.
