UCLA is one of several West Coast teams making the leap to the Big Ten Conference this year. The team finished in the middle of the pack last year, but they have a new coach in DeShaun Foster, and their eyes on the prize. If you want to watch the Bruins try to make their first Rose Bowl since 1999, you don’t need cable. Many popular live TV streaming platforms have you covered. Watching UCLA football on streaming allows you to take games in your pocket and tap into your DVR recordings when you’re on the road.
This is UCLA’s first year in the Big Ten Conference. They’ll take on huge names like Minnesota and Penn State throughout the season — and of course, they’ll take on their longstanding rivals the USC Trojans.

UCLA is easier to watch than some other teams, with the announced networks this year all appearing in basic channel packages. UCLA’s NBC games will be simulcast on Peacock. Further game times and channels will be announced at a later date.
Due to a carriage dispute, UCLA games could be blacked out for West Coast customers. You can still watch Big Ten Network and local customers can catch these games with a live TV streaming service.

DIRECTV STREAM offers all the broadcast networks you’ll need — your local CBS, Fox and NBC affiliates — in each of its four channel packages, making it great for UCLA football fans. DIRECTV STREAM plans cost more than competitors at the highest tier of service. On the upside, you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck. As a football fan, you’ll benefit from having the Choice, Ultimate or Premier package. These plans feature regional sports networks (RSNs), including Marquee Sports Network and regional Bally Sports channels.
DIRECTV also delivers must-haves like ESPN, ESPN2, Big Ten Network (a new must-have for UCLA fans), SEC Network, NFL Network, NHL Network, NBA TV, Fox Sports 1 (FS1) and Fox Sports 2 (FS2). Some of the higher-tier packages also have premium networks included in their channel lineup. You can stream simultaneously on an unlimited number of devices at home with any plan and all customers have unlimited cloud DVR space.
Fubo also has local channels in its three packages. It’s a great way for UCLA football fans to get their fix, and the plans are priced competitively with other platforms. Fubo began as a sports-centered platform, and it still has a ton of neworks for sports fans all over the country. You’ll get your local RSNs, ESPN, ESPN2, Boxing TV, FS1, FS2, NFL Network, Fubo Sports and Golf Channel, among many others. Note that a fee may be applied for any packages that include regional sports networks.
If you sign up for the Sports Lite add-on, all your major sports are covered, with ACCN, MLB Network, MLB Strikezone, NHL Network and NBA TV. If you need more pro football action, Fubo also has a Sports Plus with NFL RedZone extra with additional channels like NFL RedZone, ESPNU and PickleTV, the pickleball network. With Fubo, you’re allowed to stream on up to 10 devices at once within your home network. If you leave home, you can take advantage of three simultaneous streams. You also get unlimited cloud DVR recording space.
Hulu + Live TV only has one plan. This might give some users pause, but you’ll 95+ live channels and the entire Hulu on-demand library. All broadcast networks are included, which is great news for UCLA football fans. As a bonus, Hulu + Live TV customers get ESPN Plus and Disney Plus for free. ESPN Plus features full college football games, highlights, analysis and documentaries. Also included in Hulu + Live TV are must-haves like ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, FS2, NFL Network, MLB Network, TNT, ACCN and SEC Network.
The paid Sports add-on is pretty affordable and includes the NFL RedZone network for watching every scoring play in NFL games. Also included are FanDuel TV, FanDuel Racing, MAVTV, Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel. All Hulu + Live TV customers get unlimited cloud DVR and can stream on up to two devices at the same time.
Sling TV has Fox and NBC in some markets, but doesn’t carry CBS. UCLA fans in Los Angeles can get Fox, NBC and ABC with a Sling Blue subscription for a small additional fee. If you’re elsewhere and can’t pick up local networks with Sling TV, consider getting their free HD antenna. As for sports networks, Sling Orange has ESPN while Sling Blue has FS1 and the NFL Network. You can get the combined Sling Orange & Blue plan to have access to every channel available on the platform.
The Sports Extra gives fans ACCN, SEC Network, MLB StrikeZone, NHL Network, NBA TV, Tennis Channel, NFL RedZone and Golf Channel. You can record UCLA football games using 50 hours of DVR space, or get 200 hours of space with an upgrade. Sling Orange & Blue gives customers four simultaneous streams.
YouTube TV gives you 100+ channels in its single channel plan including all the broadcast networks you need to keep up with UCLA football. Plus, YouTube TV has unique sports viewing features like the Key Plays and Stats views and fantasy football tracking. YouTube TV also has ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, FS2, SEC Network, ACCN, Big Ten Network and Tennis Channel. If that’s still not enough channels, the YouTube TV Sports Plus add-on expands your channel guide. Featured channels include NFL RedZone, Fox Soccer Plus, Impact Wrestling, FanDuel TV and Fight Network.
Starting in September, YouTube TV is the only place to get the NFL Season Ticket for out-of-market games. YouTube TV subscribers get a significant discount, making this platform an appealing option for huge football fans. The YouTube TV plan has unlimited cloud DVR storage space and lets you stream on up to three devices at once.
