Annabel Bowlen has assumed active ownership of the Broncos for her husband, Pat, battling Alzheimer's disease.

Richardson has been the owner of the Panthers since they joined the NFL in 1993. He's also a former NFL player.

The Broncos Hall of Fame quarterback was named executive vice president of football operations in 2011 and assumed GM duties in 2014. 

A long-term member of the Giants front office, Gettleman was named GM of the Panthers in 2013.

A former backup quarterback and offensive coordinator with the Broncos, Kubiak was the Texans' head coach from 2006-13. John Elway named his former teammate and offensive coordinator the head coach of the Broncos in 2015, replacing John Fox.

A former defensive coordinator with the San Diego Chargers and linebacker with the Bears, Rivera has been Carolina's head coach since 2011. He was a member of the '85 Bears defense that went 15-1 in the regular season and won the Super Bowl.

Dennison played linebacker for the Broncos from 1982-90 and has served as Gary Kubiak's offensive coordinator in Houston and Denver.

The son of legendary Dolphins head coach Don Shula, Mike has been Carolina's offensive coordinator since 2013. He was head coach of Alabama from 2003-06.

A legendary defensive coach, Phillips has been an NFL coach since 1976. He served as Denver's head coach in 1993-94, the Bills in 1998-00 and the Cowboys in 2007-10. He was named Denver's defensive coordinator in 2015.

The former defensive coordinator of the Eagles, McDermott was named the Panthers' coordinator in 2011.

Arguably the greatest NFL quarterback ever, Manning has been through an injury-plagued season at age 39 but guided the Broncos through the playoffs to the Super Bowl. He was MVP of Super Bowl XLI with the Colts and has won five NFL MVP Awards.

Newton is making his first Super Bowl appearance in his fifth NFL season. The first overall pick of the 2011 draft, Newton has guided the Panthers this season with 35 passing touchdowns and 10 rushing touchdowns during the regular season. He famously led Auburn to a National Title while in college and won the Heisman Trophy.

Anderson entered the year as Denver's starting runner but gave way to Ronnie Hillman after a slow start to the season. Anderson still averaged 4.7 yards per carry, rushing 152 times for 720 yards and five touchdowns.

Stewart is in his first season not sharing carries with DeAngelo Williams and had a terrific year as the bell cow back. He had 242 carries for 989 yards and six touchdowns.

Hillman entered the season as Denver's backup running back but finished the season leading the team in carries. He was the speed back, rushing 207 times for 863 yards and seven scores.

A bruising back and Carolina native, Tolbert is used often as a short-yardage runner. He had 62 carries for 256 yards this season.

Thomas led the Broncos is nearly all receiving categories again this season, with 105 receptions for 1,304 yards and six scores. He holds the record for most receptions in a Super Bowl following his performance two years ago.

Ginn is an all-purpose wide receiver for the Panthers, serving as the team's No. 1 wideout, punt returner and sporadically used as a runner, such as his reverse touchdown in the NFC Championship. He finished the season with 44 receptions for 739 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Sanders had his second consecutive 1,000-yard season in Denver and will be making his second Super Bowl appearance. He appeared in the Super Bowl in his rookie season with Pittsburgh in 2010.

"Philly" Brown is one of Carolina's most potent deep threats. He had 31 receptions for 447 yards and four touchdowns in 2015.

Daniels has followed Gary Kubiak through the NFL, playing in Houston from 2006-13, Baltimore in 2014 when Kubiak was offensive coordinator and now with the Broncos. He had 46 receptions for 517 yards and three touchdowns during the regular season and added two touchdowns in the AFC Championship.

Olsen is Cam Newton's go-to receiver, leading the team with 77 receptions for 1,104 yards. He added seven scores.

Mathis was acquired in late August after the Eagles released him in June. He's a two-time Pro Bowler.

Known as the leader of Carolina's offensive line, Kalil made his fifth Pro Bowl this season. He was also named All-Pro for the second time.

Harris rejoined the Broncos this season, replacing regular starting left tackle Ryan Clady after he tore his ACL in the offseason. This is his third stint with the team.

Oher serves as Carolina's left tackle, but he's best known as the story behind the Oscar-winning movie "The Blindside." 2015 is his first season with the Panthers.

Jackson has had a strong year for the Broncos in his fourth season, with 45 tackles and five sacks.

A five-time Pro Bowler, Allen was traded from the Bears to the Panthers earlier in 2015. He missed the NFC Championship with a broken bone in his foot, but he's expected to play in the Super Bowl. He had two sacks during the regular season and has 136 for his career.

Wolfe earned a contract extension recently with Denver after a strong fourth season, with 5.5 sacks and 49 tackles.

One of Carolina's most potent pass rushers, Johnson had only one sack during the regular season due to injury. He had a streak of at least 8.5 sacks in five straight seasons leading up to 2015.

A disruptive force during the AFC Championship, Miller is Denver's best pass rusher. He had 11 sacks during the regular season and has reached double-digit sacks in four of his five NFL seasons.

Lotulelei has developed into a strong run stuffer. He had 22 tackles and one sack during the regular season.

A longtime Cowboy, Ware joined the Broncos in 2014. He had 7.5 sacks in 10 games this season and has 134.5 sacks for his career.

Davis' status for the Super Bowl is up in the air after fracturing his arm in the NFC Championship. He had the second most tackles for the Panthers in 2015 and added 5.5 sacks, four interceptions and four forced fumbles.

Marshall was Denver's second-leading tackler in 2015 with 102 tackles, and he added 1.5 sacks. He became a starter for the Broncos in 2014.

Thompson was Carolina's first-round pick in the 2015 draft. He had 50 tackles and one sack during his rookie season.

Trevathan is Denver's leading tackler with 109 tackles during the regular season. He also had two interceptions.

Carolina's star linebacker led the team with 118 tackles in 2015, and he also had four interceptions and one sack. He's made three Pro Bowls in a row.

Harris had 58 tackles and two interceptions during the regular season for the Broncos. He was also named All-Pro for the second straight year.

Norman had a breakout year in 2015, with 56 tackles and four interceptions. He's one of the most vocal leaders on Carolina's defense and gained national attention with his scuffles against Odell Beckham Jr. late in the regular season. He was named an All-Pro in 2015.

Talib made his third consecutive Pro Bowl this season and is widely considered one of the NFL's best cover corners. He had 45 tackles and three interceptions this season.

McClain signed with the Panthers during the regular season, as their secondary fought through injuries. The veteran cornerback began his career with the Panthers in 2009.

A two-time Pro Bowler, Ward had 61 tackles and two sacks during the regular season. He joined the Broncos in 2014.

An NFL veteran, Harper joined the Panthers in 2014 after eight seasons with the Saints. He had 73 tackles during the regular season.

Caldwell took over kick return duties for the injured Omar Bolden in the AFC Championship. He had seven kick returns during the regular season.

Whittaker had nine kick returns during the regular season. He also serves as a backup running back for the Panthers.

McManus is known for his powerful leg, making five field goals from beyond 50 yards during the regular season. He made 85.7 percent of his field goals in 2015.

Gano made 30/36 of his field goals during the regular season and was especially reliable from short range and midrange. He's been with the Panthers since 2012.

Colquitt comes from a legendary punting family. His father and uncle were NFL punters, and his brother, Dustin, is the punter of the Kansas City Chiefs. He averaged 39.7 net yards during the regular season.

Nortman has been Carolina's punter since 2012. He averaged 39.8 net yards in 2015.
