Caitlin Clark isn't the only big-time athlete to come out of the University of Iowa in 2024, so put some respect on Cooper DeJean's name as well.
After the Philadelphia Eagles won Super Bowl LIX, Clark reached out to DeJean to congratulate the 22-year-old cornerback.
DeJean appeared with Chris Hassel of CBS Sports and was asked who could play against him and Clark in a hypothetical 2-on-2 game against another WNBA and NFL duo.
"We'll take on anybody. Anybody you throw at us and I don't think it'll be close. I think me on her on the same team, it'd be an almost unstoppable duo."

Hassel then listed off some possible opponents for DeJean to consider as opponents.
"(Minnesota Vikings wide receiver) Justin Jefferson and (Chicago Sky forward) Angel Reese versus Cooper and Caitlin?" asked Hassel.
"I'm taking us over anybody! No matter who you say," replied the 6-foot, 198-pound defender.
"OK, how about this? (Cleveland Browns defensive end) Myles Garrett and (Las Vegas Aces center) A'Ja Wilson?"
"Yeah, that would be tough. I like us, no matter what. Those are two pretty big people, it'd be tough for us being guards and all."
In high school, DeJean played basketball, baseball and ran track in addition to playing football.
Clark was the Indiana Fever's No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, and DeJean was the Philadelphia Eagles' second-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Both were born and raised in Iowa.
