Notre Dame football has been riding a large wave of recruiting momentum over the last several weeks. The Irish staff has managed to grab commitments from five-star defensive end Rodney Dunham, toolsy pass rusher Ebenezer Ewetade, and offensive tackle Gregory Patrick. That momentum doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.
There was an On3 RPM Insider Prediction put in by Vice President of recruiting Steve Wiltfong for 2026 Bastrop (Texas) High School standout Tiki Hola to end up with the Irish. The Texas star is set to select between Notre Dame, USC, and SMU on May 10th. Hola ending up in South Bend in the end has been a safe bet, and Wiltfong just verified that belief.

The recruiting rankings are a bit all over the place for Hola. Despite big production in a very talented area of high school football, and an impressive offer list, Hola is considered to be a three-star by many of the major recruiting platforms. He is considered a three-star player on the 247Sports Composite ranking, currently sitting as the No. 441 overall player, No. 46 defensive lineman, and No. 59 player in the state of Texas. That ranking is low despite him being ranked as the No. 150 overall player by ESPN.
Outside of his three finalists, Hola has a long list of impressive suitors. Some of his top offers include Georgia, Texas, Michigan, Oregon, LSU, Tennessee, Miami, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Auburn, Arizona State, TCU, Oklahoma State, Arizona, Texas Tech, Boston College, Baylor, and Houston among several others.
Despite playing defensive tackle for the Bastrop Bears, Hola managed to lead the team in tackles during his junior season. In 12 games, Hola collected 102 total and 10 tackles for loss. The 6-2, 290-pound defender also forced three fumbles, recovered two more fumbles, two blocked field goals, and another punt.
Notre Dame needs to continue adding more size on the interior. Hola brings that, and should weigh over 300 pounds very early in his college career. He would be a massive commitment if he does opt for them on May 10th.
