She became the oldest American gymnast at the Olympics for 72 years when she went to Paris. As such, it is not time yet for this specialist gymnast to retire from competing at the Olympics.

Asked if she would compete in Los Angeles, Biles replied in a report from NBCNews, “Never say never. The next Olympics is at home, so you just never know, but I am getting really old.”

One reason that influences Simone Biles’ thinking process is because it will be held on US soil. It signifies a rare chance for American athletes to compete before a home crowd since Atlanta’s 1996 Summer Olympic Games.
