The customer isn't always right, apparently. These 20 food items were discontinued, much to the dismay of those who loved them.

Jell-O Pudding Pops
Jell-O Pudding Pops
YouTube
It’s not entirely surprising that Jell-O Pudding Pops got discontinued, but there is a group of people out there who are clamoring for them to come back. If you’re one such individual, know that there are plenty of duplicate recipes available online.
Kudos
YouTube
It is entirely surprising that Kudos were discontinued. This brand of granola bars was a pantry staple for so many for so long thanks to its collaborations with top candies, like M&Ms and Snickers. Unfortunately the kids of today will never know the joy of bringing a Kudos bar to school.
Pepsi Blue
YouTube
Pepsi Blue existed in the same vein as blue raspberry - no one was totally sure what flavor it was or how it came to be in the first place, they just knew that they liked it. But Pepsi Blue didn’t have the staying power of blue raspberry and ended up discontinued.

Butterfinger BB’s
Butterfinger BB’s
YouTube
It’s crazy that Butterfinger BB’s were discontinued because bite-sized candies are decidedly better than full-sized. But alas, the candy did not make it long term and is a distant, albeit fond, memory for those who loved it.

Nestle Wonder Ball
Nestle Wonder Ball
YouTube
Nestle Wonder Balls were amazing. A hollow ball of chocolate with pop culture-themed candies inside? Incredible idea. These would’ve had longevity had they become an annual seasonal treat.
Alpha-Bits
YouTube
Quite a few cereals have been taken off the market, including Alpha-Bits. Its discontinuation came as a significant blow to many as the cereal had been in circulation since the late ‘50s. Alpha-Bits have been gone for nearly two decades, but the hole is still massive for some.
Nestle Wonka Bar
YouTube
Nestle missed a great opportunity to sell Wonka Bars again when Timothee Chalamet took his turn as the eponymous chocolatier. There are loads and loads of people who would’ve loved to have seen the candy make a triumphant return to shelves.
Hershey’s Swoops
YouTube
Hershey’s Swoops are a great example of what happens when not enough people know about a product. Despite having great feedback from those who tried Swoops, that group was very small. There just weren’t enough sales to support manufacturing costs of the candies.

Cinnamon Tic-Tacs
Cinnamon Tic-Tacs
YouTube
If you desperately need Tic-Tacs in the bygone cinnamon flavor, there are some old containers available on various resale websites. Otherwise you can get a brand new knock-off version. Neither option is great if you were a huge fan of this product, but it’s better than nothing.
Fruitopia
YouTube
Fruitopia feels like a product where the name came before the drink. But however it came about, it was pretty popular in the ‘90s. Not popular enough to stay on shelves, though. But if you really want it, you can travel to Canada or Australia where it’s still sold.

Froot Loops Straws
Froot Loops Straws
YouTube
Edible straws were a fantastic idea - why on Earth were Froot Loops Straws discontinued? There were probably a number of reasons for that decision, but logic doesn’t make this product’s absence hurt any less.
Oreo Sippers
YouTube
Another edible straw gone too soon. Perhaps if Got Milk and other brands were to make a coordinated marketing effort, Oreo Sippers and other edible straws could return to grocery stores nationwide.
Apple Newtons
YouTube
Fig Newtons are about the only Newton variety that have had a lasting impact. Many people loved Apple Newtons and would be happy to have them back, but it seems that we may be subject to a life of only the fig flavor.

Skittles Bubble Gum
Skittles Bubble Gum
YouTube
It seems like Skittles could sell any product, but apparently not all ideas are gems. Skittles Bubble Gum wasn’t able to stay on shelves, and the fans of candy-flavored gum still aren’t over it.

Philadelphia Cheesecake Snack Bars
Philadelphia Cheesecake Snack Bars
YouTube
Many a brand has tried getting into the snack bar market, and Philadelphia seemed to have made its mark with its Cheesecake Snack Bars, but the item wasn’t meant to last. Lots of people have lamented the loss over the years, though, and copycat recipes have popped up online in the food blogger era.

Watermelon Laffy Taffy
Watermelon Laffy Taffy
YouTube
Watermelon Laffy Taffy was something special. The iconic flavor even had black bits that resembled seeds. This flavor’s discontinuation is one joke that hasn’t gone over well with the Laffy Taffy community.
P.B. Crisps
YouTube
Mr. Peanut has lent his image to a variety of snacks throughout the years, including the discontinued P.B. Crisps. This ‘90s peanut butter snack is so beloved and missed by some people that there’s a whole website dedicated to its resurrection.

Berries and Cream Starburst
Berries and Cream Starburst
YouTube
Is it the candy that people miss or is it the commercial? When Startburst unveiled its berries and cream flavor, it did so with one of the most iconic commercials of all time, and the advertisement gets brought up just as much as - if not more than - the actual candy.

Hershey’s Kissables
Hershey’s Kissables
YouTube
It’s hard to understand why some candies didn’t catch on, like Hershey’s Kissables. These were basically the same as M&Ms, just in the shape of a Kiss. These mini delights only lasted four years in the candy world.
PB Max
YouTube
It’s amazing how people react when they aren’t able to have as much peanut butter in their lives as before. There are plenty of angry citizens in the world who have felt slighted ever since PB Max was discontinued, and they would go to great lengths to taste one of the candy bars again.
