Mena, a 21-year-old right-hander, spent three seasons in the White Sox organization. He compiled a 4.97 ERA, 1.46 WHIP, and 10.81 K/9 in 286.1 innings across 64 games during that span. Mena spent most of 2023 with Double-A Birmingham before a brief stint with Triple-A Charlotte.
Fletcher provides the White Sox with MLB-ready left-handed outfield depth.
The 26-year-old made his big-league debut in 2023 and slashed .301/.350/.441 with two home runs and 14 RBIs across 102 plate appearances with the Diamondbacks. He also appeared in 66 games with Triple-A Reno and slashed .291/.399/.500 with 10 home runs and 45 RBIs across 278 plate appearances.
Fletcher finished the 2023 season as Arizona's No. 11-ranked prospect, per MLB Pipeline.
