Bucks Urged to Strike Blockbuster Giannis Antetkounmpo Trade

The Milwaukee Bucks have had an up-and-down season this year, but they managed to get into the top six of the Eastern Conference as the playoffs slowly approach. To start the season, the Bucks were near the bottom of the league, but after getting healthy and finding a rhythm, they started to run off several wins and got back to who they've been for years.

They have another problem as there are just a few games remaining, and it's regarding Damian Lillard being out due to having blood clots. Without Lillard, the Bucks have been struggling, and if they lose in the first round of the playoffs again, Giannis Antetokounmpo's future with the team could be in question.

Gilbert Arenas recently threw out an idea on his podcast on where the Bucks should send Antetkounmpo in a trade.

"Send Giannis to the only place that can change their franchise a little bit: OKC. I'll give you Giannis, give me some of those picks. No free agents are going to come there," Arenas said.

With the idea that the Bucks can't attract free agents to help Antetokounmpo, Arenas thinks the only option they have is to be able to get draft capital to rebuild their team if they think about rebuilding the team. The Thunder have several picks over the next few years, and if the Bucks could get some of those in return for Antetokounmpo, it would set them up for the future.

There's no doubt that Antetkounmpo wants to win, and the Thunder would give him the best chance to do so, especially with how they're currently constructed.
