LA Clippers guard James Harden is in his 16th NBA season. Selected third overall by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2009 NBA draft, Harden has become an all-time great.

Second behind Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry in career three-pointers, Harden is also 14th on the NBA's all-time scoring list. Helping lead the Clippers to a 116-102 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday night, Harden tallied 21 points, four rebounds and 12 assists in 40 minutes of play.

The Clippers are back in action on Monday against the Chicago Bulls, and the team has announced some news on its veteran point guard.

With Harden being listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lakers due to an illness, it seemed possible the 2018 MVP could miss one end of this back-to-back against LA and Chicago. Instead, he looks to be playing on Monday.

The Clippers have announced that Harden is probable to play against the Bulls.

Law Murray of The Athletic relayed Harden's probable status after having predicted a potential "mass rest day" for the Clippers against Chicago. Harden has appeared in 39 of his team's 41 games this season, with Clippers head coach Ty Lue saying he always wants to suit up.

Lauren Rosen of FanDuel TV reported earlier this season that Harden played through an illness.

Questionable with an illness on Sunday, it is groin soreness that landed Harden on Monday's injury report. Playing against the Lakers, it seems Harden is prepared to do the same against Chicago, per the Clippers' latest announcement.
