On Tuesday night, the Golden State Warriors beat the Memphis Grizzlies in the Play-In Tournament to advance to the first round of the postseason, where they will take on the second-seeded Houston Rockets.

Jimmy Butler led the Warriors with 38 points, closely followed by Curry. Curry's late-game 3-pointers sealed the win for the Warriors, who advance to the playoffs with the hopes of upsetting the inexperienced Rockets.

After the game, Draymond Green had massive praise for Curry.

“Steph Curry has been the best show in basketball for the last 10 years, and that hasn't slowed down a bit. I think the numbers will probably back that up.”

In the final two minutes, Curry hit two 3-pointers and four free throws.

His final 3, a double-pump fake on Scotty Pippen Jr., sent the Chase Center into a frenzy.

Green is absolutely right. Throughout his career, Curry's number has been called countless times, and he seemingly always rises to the occasion. Curry has been "the best show on hardwood" in college, in the NBA, and in the Olympics, propelling the United States to a gold medal in 2024.

As Curry and the Warriors prepare to take on the Rockets, the clutchness of Curry and the rest of the Warriors is expected to pay dividends, and Houston is very much in danger of falling victim to the biggest upset of the 2025 NBA playoffs, at least in the Western Conference.

Only two Play-In teams have advanced past the first round, both in 2023. The Warriors aim to be the third and re-establish themselves as title threats.
