All attention turns to the NBA Playoffs around the NBA, with plenty of eyeballs on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

OKC will own the Noon start on ABC Sunday, April 20 for Game 1. The Thunder will not know its matchup until Friday night as the Dallas Mavericks face off with the Memphis Grizzlies for the right to head to Bricktown and the NBA Playoffs.

Oklahoma City has enjoyed a prolonged rest and week full of practices as a luxury afforded to capturing the No. 1 seed in the West and best record in the NBA.

Before the scramble begins to preview the series for an opponent not yet known, the Thunder were peppered with questions about postseason generalities.

It was Chet Holmgren's turn to answer questions on Thursday and he was asked about his health after playing 22 games to close the season after suffering a hip fracture back on Nov. 10.

“I feel good. Everything I’m doing out there feels tight. I feel locked in. I feel confident and I feel aggressive. So I feel good and our whole team has to play that way coming up," Holmgren said.

The seven-footer has logged 10 career playoff games after helping the Thunder sweep the New Orleans Pelicans in the first round last year before Oklahoma City's fell to the Dallas Mavericks in a six-game second round series. Holmgren explained what he learned from that experience and how to prepare for the postseason.

“It’s just very different circumstances. Last year, I had 82 games to kinda build myself up. There’s a level of fatigue that comes with that. This year, when the team were practicing, playing, finding a rhythm, I couldn’t get out of bed for 4 weeks. So, I went pretty far backward there. From that, its been trying to build myself back up and fight the fatigue of it. It's been very different how you are preparing. It goes back to what I said, control what you can control, do everything it takes, whatever it takes, and trust that that puts you in the right spot,” Holmgren detailed.

This will be an interesting storyline to watch as the playoffs progress. All things considered, Holmgren deserves a ton of credit for even being on the hardwood after a hip fracture.
